Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk

The Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk is responsible for entering a high volume of invoices for our intercompany divisions. Ensures 3-way match vouchering as well as pays corporate via netting.

Essential Functions:

• Entering high volume of invoices and uploading to sister division folders (scan invoices using Kofax)
• Matching invoices to proper receivers using Purchase Order system
• Preparing Monthly Netting to pay Corporate
• Prepares the monthly intercompany reconciliation (RNI)
• Work with sister division contacts daily to reconcile statements and any issues with invoices

Requires Skills:

• Process Invoices
• Knowledgeable of the Accounts Payable process
• Understands 3-way match process
• Excel experience
• 1+ Years Experience

Education Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor degree in related field
• Equivalent experience in lieu of degree
