We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our accounting team. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and wants to grow with a company that’s making waves in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure all payments are timely and accurate
• Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery receipts
• Monitor and respond to vendor inquiries
• Prepare weekly payment runs (check, ACH, wire)
• Maintain up-to-date vendor records including W-9s and 1099 compliance
• Support month-end close and AP reconciliations
• Collaborate with corporate teams to resolve any AP issues
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation

Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of AP or general accounting experience
• Experience in a multi-location/franchise environment is a plus
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage X3, or similar)
• Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• A proactive, team-player mindset with great communication skills
