As an AP Specialist, you will work in an office-based setting within our Accountant department located in Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ.

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm; 30 minute unpaid lunch

Responsibilities:

  • Process AP invoices
  • Match POs to invoices
  • Process POs in workflow and upload to Traverse and DocUnity
  • Update CTF spreadsheets
  • Post cash receipts ad disbursements weekly and/or monthly
  • Receive and post rent payments from Housing (primarily at month end)
  • Deposit monthly DDD and regular Escrow checks
  • Deposit and post Trento rents from consumers
  • Other projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years bookkeeping experience;
  • Candidate must be detail-oriented; excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word;
  • Valid Drivers License required.
