ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSISTANT

Long-standing, innovative plastic manufacturing company is in search of an Accounts Payable Assistant to help monitor, research, and resolve accounts payable communications. Hours are Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 2:00pm (20-hour workweek). Salary depends on experience. Company offers benefits if converted to perm, including 401(k) with match up to 4%.

Responsibilities:
-Accounts Payable General Inbox (Ability to monitor and manage a shared inbox, respond professionally to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner)
-Vendor Setup and Maintenance for Accounts Payable and Bank Information
-Bottomline TAC/OCR Review and Verify Invoice Processing
-Bottomline Vendor Fingerprint Maintenance
-Backup for Accounts Payable Coordinators (Able to work independently and provide backup support to other team members as needed)
