What You'll Do as an Accounts Payable Associate:- Enter invoices and receivable documents into the accounting system
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies between purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Prepare invoices for weekly payment processing
- Assist with monthly close activities and account analysis
- Respond to vendor inquiries and provide timely support
- Maintain organized records by scanning and filing reports
- Support accounting operations and ensure compliance with company guidelines
- Maintain attendance standards and support overtime as required
What You Need to Bring to the Accounts Payable Associate:- Demonstrate knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Utilize 10-key data entry and spreadsheet tools proficiently
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams
- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment
- Follow company attendance and workplace expectations
- Comply with safety requirements including use of required PPE
