What You'll Be Doing

• 
  
• Process accounts payable invoices and ensure proper coding and documentation
• 
  
• Match invoices to supporting information and enter transactions into QuickBooks
• 
  
• Assist with maintaining accurate vendor records
• 
  
• Count and reconcile daily cash receipts and balances
• 
  
• Verify and balance cash tills and sales activity
• 
  
• Support bookkeeping and general accounting functions as needed
• 
  
• Assist with account reconciliations and recordkeeping
• 
  
• Help ensure financial records are accurate, organized, and up to date
• 
  

What They're Looking For

• 
  
• 1-2 years of bookkeeping, accounts payable, or general accounting experience
• 
  
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
• 
  
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• 
  
• Comfortable working with Excel and Microsoft Office
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•
