Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Clerk:

• Process invoices and supporting documentation accurately and timely
• Assist with vendor statement reconciliations and payment inquiries
• Verify invoice approvals and coding prior to payment processing
• Maintain organized financial records and accounts payable files
• Support month-end closing activities and special projects as needed

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Clerk:

• High school diploma required; Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
• Previous office, administrative, customer service, or accounting experience is a plus
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial data
