What Youll Do- Process vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements
- Review invoices for accuracy, coding, and proper approvals
- Prepare electronic payments, checks, and wire transfers
- Maintain vendor records and ensure accurate AP documentation
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Follow up on outstanding or uncashed payments
- Reconcile Purchasing Card (P-Card) activity
- Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations
- Respond to vendor and internal inquiries in a professional manner
- Support year-end 1099 preparation
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and controls
What Were Looking For- 13 years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience
- Experience within a professional services environment preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Professional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
