Accounts Payable Clerk

$22 - $26 Per Hour | Full-time | Monday – Friday

Office Admin, Bookkeeping, and/or Accounts Payable/ Receivable Experience is Required. 

Dealership Experience is a Plus!

A well-established automotive dealership in the Missoula, MT area is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to help our accounting team with processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with vendor accounts, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and experienced with using Microsoft Excel. Previous automotive dealership experience is a plus, but it is not required. Candidates with experience in office administration, bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable are encouraged to apply.

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:

• Issue payments to vendors and reconcile statements
• Post open items in accounts payable 
• Track expenses
• Perform other accounting duties

What We’re Looking For:

• Office Administrator, Bookkeeper, and/or Accounts Payable / Receivable experience required
• Dealership Accounting experience is a plus but not required
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Process and solution-oriented, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
