Accounts Payable Clerk - Full-Time

• Process accounts and incoming payments in accordance with company policies and procedures
  
• Execute daily financial transactions, including verifying, posting, and recording accounts payable data
  
• Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
  
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure accurate recording of bills and payments
  
• Monitor vendor payment agreements and ensure timely payments
  
• Assist with month-end closing tasks
  
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
  

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
  
• Previous accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred
  
• Prior healthcare, medical office, or hospital accounting experience preferred
  
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable procedures
  
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel preferred
  
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with accuracy and professionalism
  
• Experience performing account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
  
• Familiarity with accounting systems and ERP software
  
• Understanding of month-end closing processes, vendor management, and payment processing
