A well-established company in the Houma area is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk / Prepaid Card Administrator to join their accounting team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and helping keep financial processes running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Manage company prepaid card accounts including setup, limits, and maintenance
• Monitor transactions for accuracy and policy compliance
• Reconcile card activity with receipts and company records
• Investigate discrepancies, missing receipts, or unauthorized charges
• Maintain organized financial records and reporting logs
• Assist with month-end reconciliations and accounting support
• Help process invoices and vendor payments as needed
• Communicate with employees regarding receipts and card usage
• Generate usage reports for management review

Preferred Background:

• Construction, industrial, utilities, or multi-location business experience is a plus
