A well-established company in the Houma area is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk / Prepaid Card Administrator to join their accounting team. Responsibilities:
- Manage company prepaid card accounts including setup, limits, and maintenance
- Monitor transactions for accuracy and policy compliance
- Reconcile card activity with receipts and company records
- Investigate discrepancies, missing receipts, or unauthorized charges
- Maintain organized financial records and reporting logs
- Assist with month-end reconciliations and accounting support
- Help process invoices and vendor payments as needed
- Communicate with employees regarding receipts and card usage
- Generate usage reports for management review
Preferred Background:
- Construction, industrial, utilities, or multi-location business experience is a plus
