LHH is seeking Entry-Level Accounts Payable Clerk to join its accounting team in Hurst, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow their career in accounting and finance. The company is willing to train the right candidate and is seeking an individual with strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with processing invoices and accounts payable transactions.
Verify invoice information and supporting documentation for accuracy.
Enter financial data into accounting systems.
Maintain organized vendor files and records.
Support account reconciliations and payment processing activities.
Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice questions and payment status.
Assist with data entry, filing, and other accounting administrative tasks.
Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support month-end accounting activities as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the accounting team.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
