Accounts Payable Clerk

Salary: $50,000-$60,000

Key Responsibilities:



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all accounts payable functions.

  • Process a high volume of vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Review, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies on vendor statements.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls related to disbursements.

  • Assist in month-end close processes related to accounts payable.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve invoice issues.

  • Provide guidance and support to junior AP staff, as needed.


Qualifications:



  • 1+ years of progressive experience in accounts payable.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
