Job Summary:

We are currently hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk to support a busy accounting department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in processing invoices, handling vendor communications, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices
• Perform 3-way matching (invoice, PO, receipt)
• Process payments via check, ACH, and wire transfers
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized AP files and documentation
• Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Experience with ERP systems (QB, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
• Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
