Salary Range: $48,000-$52,000 (Depending On Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports accurately and efficiently
• 
  
• Review invoices for proper approvals, coding, and supporting documentation
• 
  
• Enter invoices into accounting systems and maintain accurate records
• 
  
• Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs
• 
  
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• 
  
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and account balances
• 
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• 1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• 
  
• Knowledge of accounting principles and invoice processing procedures
• 
  
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
