Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Clerk:

• Process full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice matching, coding, and posting
• 
  
• Review and manage high-volume invoice processing while maintaining accuracy
• 
  
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues
• 
  
• Utilize QuickBooks Online and Excel to support AP operations and reporting
• 
  
• Assist with automation initiatives and process improvement efforts

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Clerk:

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience
• 
  
• Experience within service, construction, or similar industries preferred

• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Excel

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes
