Job Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
- Verify invoice information and resolve discrepancies
- Enter Accounts Payable data into NetSuite
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
- Assist with vendor inquiries
- Support the Accounting Department with additional administrative tasks

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- NetSuite experience is a plus, but not required
- Previous office or clerical experience preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
