LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Accounts Payable Clerk job in Windsor, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. You will preferably also have experience with Sage software.

This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $23.00 and $27.00 per hour. During the temporary period, you will be able to sign up for LHH's benefits programs (details below). If/when you are converted to a permanent employee, you will be eligible for this company's competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Entering and processing vendor invoices with 3-way match
• Researching and resolving payment discrepancies
• Reconciling vendor statements
• Providing excellent customer service
• Scanning invoices into the database
• Assisting with continuous improvement projects and special projects as needed
• All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills

Compensation:

• Hourly rate between $23.00 and $27.00
