LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist, for a 2 to 3 month contract role, working in the office in the near Westend of Richmond, Virginia.
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
SOFTWARE: Sage or NetSuite
DUTIES: Help get caught up with vendor maintenance. Issuing new cards out and will need help with triaging questions and support. Specifically knowledge of Pcards, as well as knowledge of W-9 forms and 1099 requirements for vendor maintenance - adding and updating vendors in different ERP systems. Also need assistance in completing credit applications and tax-exempt/resale certificates.
CONTRACT PAY: $24 to $27 an hour
