This position will help manage a high volume of exception-based invoices and contribute to the overall efficiency and accuracy of the AP function.You'll work closely with a large team of AP Specialists and report directly to the AP Manager, helping to reduce backlog and improve vendor reconciliation processes. This is a hands‑on role with the potential to train on credit processing (RTV) and grow into a long‑term opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess exception-based invoices in a high–volume AP environmentAssist with vendor statement reconciliation and issue resolutionCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate paymentsMaintain documentation and records in compliance with company policiesUtilize ERP systems to manage AP workflows and reportingContribute to process improvement initiatives during Oracle Cloud buildoutCommunicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholdersKey Requirements3+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a mid‑to‑large companyStrong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs (Excel test required prior to interview)Experience working in a PO‑based AP environmentFamiliarity with EDI processes and vendor reconciliationHands‑on experience with large ERP systems (Oracle Cloud preferred; QuickBooks not accepted)Ability to pass a credit check (no liens or fraud‑related issues)Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skillsEffective communication and adaptability in a dynamic team settingCall to ActionReady to make an impact in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment?
