Northwood Ravin is dedicated to delivering unparalleled service to the residents we house and the communities we create.Primary Responsibilities:The AP Coordinator at Northwood Ravin handles the daily accounting and accounts payable duties for several apartment operating entities. Duties include, but are not limited to, accounts payable, journal entry preparation, monthly accruals, daily cash management, bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, financial statement preparation and special projects as needed. The AP Coordinator is responsible for accounts payable for operating properties, reviewing and entering invoices, printing and mailing checks, and supporting senior accounts payable duties.As an AP Coordinator, your primary responsibilities include:Accounts payable for development and construction projects and where neededProcess weekly invoices into Timberscan and TimberlineProcess development owner draws and construction invoices/pay applications monthlyProcess checks for weekly and monthly funding packagesProcess expense reports, petty cash, and credit card entriesResearch statements and outstanding invoicesReview and process closeout payments for construction projectsFile processed checksSupport senior accounts payable coordinatorFlexibility to work outside normal work hours/weekends as requiredWhat you bring to the role:3 to 5 years related A/P experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceProficiency in Excel or equivalent spreadsheet software and Microsoft Office productsWorking knowledge of Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate/Timberline accounting system software (preferred)Attention to detail is mandatoryAbility to effectively present information to all levels of the organizationAbility to respond to common inquiries or complaints from subcontractors, regulatory agencies, or members of the business communityExcellent verbal and written skills requiredWhat our culture brings to you:When you join Northwood Ravin, you are not just taking a job but becoming part of a community that values your well-being and professional growth.
