Job DescriptionOneSource Building Technologies (OSBT) provides integrated, value-added solutions and services to large-scale national and international customers with a global service provider network, a single point of contact, accountability, consistent quality and on-time delivery.We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. This individual will support our Accounts Payable Manager, perform Accounts Payable-related functions, and assist with other clerical tasks within the accounting and finance department.ResponsibilitiesAssist with:The review of incoming invoices for accuracy, posting in the system, and monitoring timely paymentsManaging AP email inbox, including payment inquiries, disputes, and invoicesRecording bank transactions and updating the accounting system accordinglyReviewing and posting credit card transactions; reconciling monthly statementsEntering 300+ entries a week for payments (data entry)Ensuring vendor invoices are matched with the respective purchase ordersManage utility, vehicle, and various other company payments on various websites, payment methods, and payment platformsAdministrative duties, including depositing checks, processing incoming mail, and preparing outgoing checksQualificationsExperience working in an Accounts Payable role is a plus, but not requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and OutlookSolid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principlesExperience with Great Plains software is a plusRequired SkillsAbility to prioritize and complete assignments with strict deadlines.Must be able to work well under pressure and within time constraints.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High degree of accuracy and attention to detailBenefitsCompetitive compensationComprehensive Health Benefits, including vision and dental, are available100% Company Match 401(k)Casual dress codeCompany DescriptionOneSource Building Technologies provides world-class voice and data infrastructure services to mid-tier and large enterprises, both domestically and internationally.
