Accounts Payable Coordinator

$26-$30/hour

Summary

The Accounts Payable coodinator is responsible for full-cycle AP processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Process full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice entry through payment
  • Perform three-way match (PO, invoice, receiving)
  • Code invoices accurately to appropriate GL accounts and cost centers
  • Prepare and process check runs, ACH, and electronic payments
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate AP records and support month-end close

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of accounts payable experience
  • Strong understanding of three-way matching and invoice coding
  • Experience with accounting systems and Excel
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
