JOB TITLE: Accounts Payable

Summary: 

• Supports accounting, estimating, cost analysis, and tax objectives through collecting, processing, and distributing cost or financial data.

• Processes collection and disbursement transactions with employees, suppliers, and customers in accounts payable and receivable, travel accounting, payroll, and disbursement control.

• Reviews transactions for compliance with established requirements.

• Processes financial documents and reports.

• Performs basic reconciliations of financial data.

• Assists in resolving discrepancies by coordinating with employees, suppliers, customers, and other organizations.

• Applies knowledge of SAP system for financial transactions and reporting.

• Works in large manufacturing environment for cost and financial data processing.

• Maintains compliance with established financial and accounting requirements.

• Supports business objectives through accurate financial transaction processing.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Strong SAP experience for financial and accounting operations.

• Experience working in large manufacturing environments.

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• 4 years of related experience in accounting, finance, or cost analysis.

• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, travel accounting, payroll, or disbursement control.

• Experience processing financial documents and reports.

• Experience performing reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.

• Knowledge of compliance requirements for financial transactions.

• Ability to coordinate with employees, suppliers, and customers to resolve financial issues.
