A biotech services organization is seeking a new Accounts Payable Lead/Specialist to join their team in a Remote capacity. This role is ideal for a confident professional who can manage invoice processing, check runs, and NetSuite-based workflows in a fast-paced environment.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Hours: Standard business, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, with flexibility as needed
- Setting: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Process and review invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
- Apply 3-way matching and code invoices appropriately
- Manage weekly check runs and related payment activities
- Support manual AP processing across high-volume workflows
- Use NetSuite and Excel to maintain and update accounts payable records
Qualifications:
- Recent, hands-on experience using NetSuite in accounts payable operations
- Experience processing invoices, including 3-way match and invoice coding
- Experience with weekly check runs and manual AP processing
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in Eastern Time and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills:
- Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Experience handling high-volume accounts payable work
- Comfort working in a challenging, fast-moving environment
