Join Our Team as an Accounts Payable Manager!

We're looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Manager to support essential financial operations and lead a high‑performing AP team.

We partner closely with internal teams and external suppliers, maintain strong financial controls, and continuously improve our processes. The Accounts Payable Manager plays a key leadership role by overseeing daily operations, supplier management, issue resolution, and system support.

What Youll Do

In this role, you will ensure invoices are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company policies while leading the daily operations of the Accounts Payable team. Your responsibilities include managing workload distribution, coaching and developing team members, and overseeing supplier onboarding, maintenance, and data integrity. You'll take ownership of resolving complex invoice, payment, and system issues, collaborating with internal departments and external vendors to prevent recurring problems. You will also identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and enhance overall efficiency. Additionally, you'll support new AP system users through onboarding and ongoing guidance and assist with month‑end close and audit activities by ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with internal controls.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelor's degree • 2+ years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting • Experience leading, training, or coaching team members • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to balance service excellence with responsible financial stewardship
