About the Opportunity

A well-established organization is undergoing an exciting transformation within its Accounts Payable function and is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager (or Senior-Level AP Consultant) to support a critical system implementation and process improvement initiative.

This is a high-impact consulting role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys driving change while maintaining day-to-day operations.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Support the transition to a new AP automation platform (Medius)
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline and improve AP processes
  • Maintain oversight of daily accounts payable operations during the transition
  • Work within JD Edwards (current system) while supporting implementation efforts
  • Assist with troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and process documentation
  • Help ensure continuity, accuracy, and efficiency across high-volume AP functions
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as an AP Manager, AP Lead, or Senior AP Specialist
  • Hands-on experience with AP automation or system implementations (highly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle, high-volume accounts payable operations
  • Experience with JD Edwards is a plus
  • Background in CPG or similar high-volume industries is a strong advantage
  • Ability to balance strategic project work with hands-on execution
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
