A well-established organization is undergoing an exciting transformation within its Accounts Payable function and is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager (or Senior-Level AP Consultant) to support a critical system implementation and process improvement initiative.
This is a high-impact consulting role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys driving change while maintaining day-to-day operations.
What You'll Be Doing
Support the transition to a new AP automation platform (Medius)
Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline and improve AP processes
Maintain oversight of daily accounts payable operations during the transition
Work within JD Edwards (current system) while supporting implementation efforts
Assist with troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and process documentation
Help ensure continuity, accuracy, and efficiency across high-volume AP functions
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as an AP Manager, AP Lead, or Senior AP Specialist
Hands-on experience with AP automation or system implementations (highly preferred)
Strong understanding of full-cycle, high-volume accounts payable operations
Experience with JD Edwards is a plus
Background in CPG or similar high-volume industries is a strong advantage
Ability to balance strategic project work with hands-on execution
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
