Accounts Payable Manager

This position is responsible for overseeing all accounts payable functions through staff supervision, ensuring compliance with department policies and procedures, and handling escalated client issues. 

Duties & Responsibilities

• ERP System (Agility - DMSI)
• Manage a team of five AP team members
• Full cycle AP oversight (Invoice Receipt - coding - approval - payment - reconciliation) 
• 3 -way match (PO, Receipt, Invoice)
• Non-PO Invoice Controls
• Vendor master maintenance and controls 
• Payment runs (Check, ACH, wire, etc.) 
• Early Pay discount optimization 
• Vendor Credits/Debit memo management 
• Expense classification and GL coding accuracy 
• 1099 reporting compliance 
• All other duties as assigned
