Accounts Payable Office Services Clerk (Temp)

Overview:

The Los Angeles, CA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Temporary (with potential for permanent placement) Accounts Payable Office Services Clerk. This position is expected to be for a duration of 3 to 6 months based on a 37.50-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will work a schedule of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

 

The primary responsibilities of this position include performing operational and hospitality duties under general supervision and will be responsible for copying, scanning, production of documents, ordering supplies, delivering checks, collating and mailing vendor checks and expense reimbursements.

Job Specifications/Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one (1) year of experience working in an office environment
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Entry level skills using MS Word, Outlook and comfortable with Accounting software programs.
