What You'll Be Doing
This is not your average AP role-this is fast-paced, high-volume, and seriously important work that keeps our operations running smoothly.
You will:
- Process 500-1,000 invoices weekly with accuracy and speed
- Perform 3-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice) like a pro
- Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with purchasing, receiving, and vendors
- Keep everything organized, documented, and audit-ready
What Makes You a Great Fit
We're looking for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and doesn't miss a beat.
You bring:
- Experience in high-volume Accounts Payable (manufacturing is a BIG plus!)
- Ability to handle 500+ invoices per week without sacrificing accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with ERP systems (bonus points!)
- Solid Excel skills (sorting, filtering, lookups-your everyday tools)
- A solution-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
