Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist / Accountant to step in and provide immediate support to their accounting team. What You'll Do

• 
  
• Process full-cycle accounts payable with a high degree of accuracy
• 
  
• Match, code, and enter vendor invoices while ensuring timely payment processing
• 
  
• Assist with general accounting responsibilities and support the Controller as needed
• 
  
• Reconcile vendor statements and research invoice discrepancies
• 
  
• Maintain organized accounting records and vendor documentation
• 
  
• Partner with internal departments and vendors to resolve questions and ensure smooth payment processes
• 
  
• Support additional accounting projects and month-end activities as assigned
• 
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  
• Previous experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable
• 
  
• General accounting experience beyond AP is strongly preferred
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• 
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
• 
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• 
  
• Self-motivated professional who enjoys working independently while contributing to a collaborative team
•
