Falls of Neuse Management is seeking a dynamic
Accounts Payable Processor in Raleigh, NC. The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for the accurate and timely input and processing of all assigned vendor/location invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Match vendor invoices with approved purchase orders (3-way match)
- Analyze and resolve unmatched invoices
- Comply with payment deadlines to ensure that all available discounts are taken
- Review and resolve past due invoices or credit balances from vendor statements
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from both internal/external customers
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Requires high school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Proficiency in the use of Windows based software, especially Excel
- Experience with Great Plains software a definite plus
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
