Key Responsibilities:
- Review, index, and process incoming invoices accurately and efficiently
- Contact haulers via phone and email to resolve invoice and billing inquiries
- Research rates, billing codes, and payment discrepancies
- Document findings and updates with a high level of accuracy
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely invoice processing
- Accounts Payable experience
- Transportation AP or logistics industry experience
- Waste Management industry experience
- Strong research, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable communicating with vendors while researching and resolving billing questions in a fast-paced environment.
