Job Duties:

  • Process and reconcile payments owed by the company to vendors, suppliers, and other organizations.
  • Gather purchase orders, sales tickets, invoices, and payment records.
  • Maintain accurate payment and transaction documentation.
  • Support purchasing and accounts payable activities.

Experience & Education:

  • 0–2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
  • Works under general supervision and relies on judgment to complete assigned tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with purchase order processing.
  • Background in finance/accounting, preferably supporting an engineering organization.

Experience with financial systems such as Ariba and SAP
