Accounts Payable/Receivable - Gerald Honda of Countryside

Gerald Honda of Countryside is looking for a qualified candidate to fill a full time Accounts Payable/Receivable role who will be in charge of the accounts payable process, account reconciliations, and other financial duties. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Dealertrack in a dealership environment, the ability to identify and analyze financial issues, and a customer-service oriented mindset.

• Pay range for this position: $22-24/hour
• Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and distribute Accounts Payable checks
• Monitor and maintain customer accounts receivable
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Reconcile vendor accounts
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner
• Assist with bank reconciliations
• Prepare and review customer invoices
• Assist with month-end closing
• Assist with other accounting tasks as needed
