Role: Accounts Payable - Senior Lead Specialist
Location: Onsite, Irvine, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $75,000–$80,000 annually (based on experience)

A leading final-mile delivery provider affiliated with a nationally recognized home improvement retailer is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Senior Lead Specialist. This growing logistics company prides itself on a collaborative, high-performance culture where accountability and team support go hand in hand.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled professional with 4+ years of progressive accounts payable experience in high-volume environments. This individual will manage invoice processing, vendor communications, and ensure compliance and accuracy in all A/P functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Process 500+ invoices weekly with high accuracy and timeliness
- Manage invoice workflow and approval systems
- Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and organized A/P transaction records
- Respond to vendor inquiries professionally and promptly
- Assist with weekly vendor payments and month-end closing
- Generate A/P analysis and reports
- Support 1099 reporting and ensure policy compliance
Qualifications:- 4+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
- Solid analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and team collaboration skills
- Familiarity with invoice approval systems or ERP platforms (a plus)
Education:- Associate's or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (preferred)
