As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll be vital in processing high-volume invoices, supporting internal controls, and ensuring timely payments. You'll work closely with the finance team to maintain accuracy and efficiency in daily operations, helping the company run smoothly and successfully.

What You'll Do
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for:

 
• Processing a high volume of invoices (3,500–4,000 per month), especially focusing on inventory-related payments.
• Performing manual, paper-based three-way matches of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure accuracy before approval.
• Supporting the weekly check run process, issuing approximately 200 payments each week.
• Maintaining detailed transaction records and supporting internal audit controls for compliance.
• Collaborating with procurement and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and process payments efficiently.
 
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable, especially with inventory and PO invoice processing.
  • Strong ability to execute manual three-way match workflows with accuracy and speed.
  • Experience managing high-volume invoice processing to meet deadlines.
  • Supportive experience with weekly check runs and financial transactions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools.
