This is an entry-level position that will allow for growth within the accounting team.What You'll Be Doing:Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate mannerPrepare and execute weekly payment runsReconcile vendor statements and respond to vendor inquiriesInvestigate and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teamsAssist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliationsEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controlsIdentify opportunities to improve AP processes and efficiencyWhat It Takes:Associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experienceProficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred)Strong organizational skills with high attention to detailEffective analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize workload and manage multiple responsibilities effectivelyAbility to communicate effectively with vendors and internal partners, in both written and verbal formatsWhat We Can Offer You:Benefits are the game changer!
