Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage the full accounts payable process, including invoice entry, coding, matching, approvals, and payment processing.
• 
  
• Review invoices for accuracy and ensure expenses are properly coded to the appropriate accounts and projects.
• 
  
• Reconcile vendor statements, research discrepancies, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• 
  
• Assist with month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• 
  
• Partner with project managers and internal departments to resolve invoice questions and ensure timely processing.

Qualifications

• 
  
• Previous accounts payable or accounting experience; experience in construction, contracting, manufacturing, or another project-based industry is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
