Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing accounting team. This Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining vendor records, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will support daily accounting operations and play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy across all payables activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and ensure accuracy, coding, and approvals
• 
  
• Enter invoices into the accounting system and maintain vendor files
• 
  
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• 
  
• Support weekly payment runs and maintain AP records
• 
  
• Assist with month-end close activities related to AP
• 
  
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice and payment issues
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• 1–3+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• 
  
• Good communication and organizational skills
• 
  
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle a high volume of transactions
