Responsibilities

Process and code a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
Reconcile vendor statements and research payment discrepancies
Respond to vendor inquiries and build positive business relationships
Support accounting team initiatives focused on process improvements and workflow efficiency

Qualifications

2+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience in a fast-paced accounting environment
Strong ERP system experience with intermediate Excel skills, including data analysis and reconciliations
Proven ability to manage deadlines while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Strong sense of ownership over one's own work and accountability
