Accounts Payable Specialist

LHH is working with a company in the construction industry who is looking for a temporary to hire Accounts Payable Specialist. You will be handling high volume invoice processing, setting up vendor accounts, and reconciling payments. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of previous AP experience and will be comfortable communicating with both internal and external customers. This position is fully onsite in the north Bellevue, WA area but free parking is offered. You will have the chance to grow with the company as they add to their team.

Duties:

• Matching and coding invoices to the correct accounts
• Setting up new vendors for electronic payments
• Reaching out to internal and external customers to resolve discrepancies
• Vendor statement and payment reconciliations
• Additional tasks as needed

Desired Qualifications:

• At least a year of accounts payable experience
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to navigate through a variety of software systems quickly
• High attention to detail and able to stay organized
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Employment Details:

• Temporary to hire
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Fully onsite in north Bellevue, WA

Pay Details: $26.00 to $29.00 per hour
