Accounts Payable Specialist Large Healthcare organization is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their Team. This a full cycle A/P position working on the SAP platform. This position requires 2- 3 years A/P experience. Experience with SAP software and intermediate Excel skills. This position requires someone who enjoys working in a team environment
This is a contract to hire in Charlotte NC with an hourly pay rate of $ 23 - 27 /hr. based on experience with excellent benefits. This is a full onsite position
Duties
Ensure all billings are done accurately and on a timely basis.
Assist vendors by receiving calls and handling vendor relations.
Reconcile vendor statements.
Obtain approvals.
Perform accounts payable information preparation and data entry.
Process expense reports, perform three-way match of PO's, receiving's and invoices.
Code invoices and self-assess tax as appropriate.
Assist in month-end closing processes including preparation and data entry of journal vouchers and account reconciliations.
Complete special projects upon request
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Two to three years A/P experience.
Experience with SAP Software
Ability to handle high volume and multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Knowledge of accounting and basic office equipment applications.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
