Accounts Payable Specialist

Temporary thru September 30, 2026

1-3 years of full- cycle Accounts Payable experience.

Job Responsibilities

Full- cycle paper and electronic invoice processing, vendor statement reconciliations, and vendor file maintenance.

Processing employee expense vouchers, travel requisitions, mileage reimbursements.

Daily, data entry into ERP (Lawson preferred).

Assist with testing upgrades, electronic payment processing, and paperless invoicing initiatives.
