Responsibilities:

• -Review and post vendor invoices to the general ledger
• -Reconcile vendor statements monthly
• -Interact with management personnel regarding expenses
• -Uphold strong vendor relationships
• -Maintain and distribute vendor tax information
• -Code and post associate expense reports

Requirements:

• -High school diploma
• -Genuine desire to serve
• -Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products
• -Experience in accounts payable
• -Organization and attention to detail
• -Ability to work independently
• -Strong attention to processes and systems
