This entry-level role involves handling inbound and outbound communications related to vendor and customer invoicing, managing bulk invoicing processes, and maintaining provider records. The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for reviewing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring that all vendor information is up-to-date. This position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
