What You’ll Do as an Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable from invoice receipt through payment
• Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
• Process vendor payments and prepare AP checks
• Receive materials and supplies into the accounting system
• Maintain accurate vendor information and assist with vendor setup
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoices and payments

What We’re Looking for in an Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Strong full-cycle AP processing background
• Experience working with purchase orders and vendor payments
• QuickBooks experience preferred
• Infor SyteLine experience is a strong plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
