Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist

• 
  
• The Accounts Payable Specialist will process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently while maintaining organized records
• 
  
• Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation
• 
  
• Assist with payment processing and vendor account reconciliations
• 
  
• Support month-end closing activities and accounts payable reporting
• 
  
• Respond to vendor inquiries and work with internal departments to resolve discrepancies
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist

• 
  
• Previous general office, data entry or bookkeeping experience
• 
  
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes
• 
  

Salary: $45,000-$50,000
