LOCATION: Fort Worth, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $23-$25 per hour

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Temporary or temp-to-hire

ROLE IMPACT

Support accurate and timely accounts payable processing in a fast-paced, in-person environment. This role helps maintain reliable financial records, process payment-related information, and keep day-to-day AP operations running smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and review accounts payable transactions for accuracy and completeness.

• Maintain organized AP records and detailed financial data.

• Research and resolve payment or invoice discrepancies as needed.

• Support routine bookkeeping, data processing, and accounts payable activities.

• Follow established accounting procedures and internal processes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED.

• At least 1 year of Accounts Payable experience.

• Three or more years of related Accounts Receivable, bookkeeping, or detailed data processing experience may substitute for 1 year of Accounts Payable experience.

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Accounts Payable (AP) processing

• Bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping

• Detailed data processing

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to organize and manage financial records.

• Comfortable working onsite in a business-casual office environment.
