RMA is known for providing safe and secure transportation services to clientele who expect our award winning customer service experience.Available PositionsPosition: Accounts Payable Specialist – Full TimeLocation: Rockville, MDJob Id: 246-APFT01# of Openings: 1Full Time – 5 days M – F 8:30 – 5:00ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and timely accounts payable processingUnderstand the chart of accountsReviewing all payables for approvals, General Ledger coding and accuracyReconcile vendors statements and reconcile to QuickBooksPrepare documents for weekly check runsCommunicate effectively with internal and external resources regarding vendor accountsRespond to vendor inquiries and internal staff regarding payablesAssist with Corporate Credit Card reconciliations and recordingExperience with multiple company payablesMaintain accounts payable records and associated filing systems.Compile and file bank statementsAssist in standardizing procedures to generate internal efficiencyProvide support to the Finance and Accounting departmentParticipate in special project and perform other duties as assignedQualificationsEducation – Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferredExperience – 3 – 5 years experience with Accounts Payable#J-18808-Ljbffr
